Ari has been with The David Project since July 2007. In his role as an educator, Ari works to develop educated, skilled and courageous leaders to defeat the ongoing ideological assault on Israel. Prior to the David Project, Ari was a senior account executive at a leading global PR firm. Ari holds an MA in Security and Diplomacy and a BA in Communications and Middle East Studies.

The way we think of the Arab-Israeli conflict is often affected by what we hear in the media; provocative statements related to history of the region are commonly left unchallenged. In this session, we will reexamine the conventional framing by studying some basic sources related to the conflict. The goal is to develop an understanding of how these documents influence Israel and the region.

In this session we will offer a concise, systematic approach to communicating effectively about Israel and the ongoing conflict. We will discuss what important elements are generally lacking in Israel advocacy as we watch and discuss the efforts of several Israel advocates in action. A successful approach for addressing difficult questions and allegations will also be presented.
